3.2 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time — simply notify our support team via live chat or email and we will complete the process in a timely manner. Similarly, ek3333 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Providing false information.
  • Account misuse or bonus abuse.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on ek3333 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all payment methods).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted — the source of the deposit and the account name must match.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, ek3333 reserves the right to hold and verify funds.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Processing time: Generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn.

After submitting a withdrawal request, funds will reach your designated account within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Slight delays may occur due to technical issues or verification requirements.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ek3333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer will have its own validity period and wagering requirements, which will be stated in the offer details.
  • A bonus applies only once per account — bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household, the same IP address, or the same device.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • ek3333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

The ek3333 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on active participation and consistent activity. Detailed terms regarding the benefits and cashback for each tier will be communicated separately.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

ek3333 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games are powered by verified software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt).

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

6.2 Technical Issues

If a discrepancy in game results occurs due to a server error, network outage, or any other technical problem, ek3333 reserves the right to void that round and refund the original bet amount. No compensation may be claimed in such circumstances.
